Day 2 brings out the cats.

Meet Stormy and Silas.

Stormy (the grey and white one) is actually Stormy III. The name goes back to the very first grey and white kitten I had in 1996. Just like the Simpson's with their string of "Snowballs," My family has "Stormys" and she is Stormy III.

Silas is the grey tabby. He's polydactyl, which means he's got extra toes, and his paws look like little mittens. It suits him, he's handsome with those oversized fluffy feet.

Both of them are amazing cats, full of personality and quirks. Altogether, there are four cats in the house. Two are mine, and two belong to K. Maybe the other two will make an appearance in the days ahead!
